The Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB) says February home sales were up nearly 23 per cent from last year as new listings rose. The board says sales totalled 2,135 units, while the volume of sales in dollars rose 41.3 per cent to $1.25 billion. New listings rose in Vancouver last month, easing pressure: real estate board

VANCOUVER — Greater Vancouver’s real estate board says new listings were up in February as home sellers shed some of their interest and home sales also rose. The board, which changed its name to Greater Vancouver Realtors last month, says February home sales rose 13.5 per cent from last year to 2,070.
