KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (MTLA) will still focus on residential projects in 2024.
MTLA Director Olivia Surodjo said that in 2024 MTLA will continue to develop ongoing projects, both residential and commercial.
“The new projects will be the Metland Cikarang and Metland Kertajati residential projects,” he said to Kontan, Tuesday (19/12).
According to Olivia, landed houses will still be the focus of MTLA’s work and superior products in 2024.
