February was another positive month for realtors in Windsor and Essex County. Both listings and sales increased last month.
According to the Windsor Essex County Association of Realtors, sales increased 5.84 per cent last month, and market activity rose 3.94 per cent.
February was the second consecutive month since last August that home sales increased as 326 properties changed hands compared to 308 during the same month of 2023.
Home sales are up 8.77 per cent this year after January’s 5.34 per cent increase.
