Located within KLGCC Resort, Sime Darby Property’s Jendela Residences, a 520-unit project, delivers an exclusive urban lifestyle framed by the championship fairways of the Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club and the scenic surroundings of Bukit Kiara Federal Park.
The development was completed at the end of 2025, and every unit has since been sold. Jendela Residences was named Top Development (Central Malaysia) in the high-rise category at the EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards (EPEA) 2026.
Subsale prices have risen by about 30% above launch prices, and a waiting list of prospective buyers remains in place. About 80% of the homes are owner-occupied, mostly by high-net-worth Malaysians from neighbourhoods such as Damansara Heights, TTDI, Mont Kiara and Petaling Jaya.
Design and Features
Jendela Residences was designed by Triarch Architects, drawing inspiration from the Malay weaving traditions of sulaman and anyaman. The development features a “semi-D in the sky” concept, with each typical floor having just four units per wing, and no intermediate units.
The homes feature wide living and dining areas, wet and dry kitchens, and balconies with views of the golf course, Bukit Kiara, and the city skyline. Four units in Tower A come with private infinity pools.
Facilities include a 50m infinity pool overlooking the golf course, a yoga and pilates barn, sky lounge, infrared sauna, herb garden, and a viewing pavilion. The development is GreenRE Gold-certified, with features such as low-E glass, solar blinds, and solar panels to reduce energy and water use.
KLGCC Resort
KLGCC Resort spans 360 acres, with only about 16% designated for development. The township has grown into a lifestyle destination, with KLGCC Mall opening in October 2025, and a range of shopping, dining, and business spaces.
The resort is preparing to launch its next residential project, with a focus on wellness, biophilic architecture, and integrated greenery. The project is aimed at affluent young professionals, multigenerational families, and those planning an active retirement.

Sime Darby Property sees the EPEA win as an opportunity to introduce Jendela Residences and KLGCC Resort to a wider regional audience. The developer has seen a “strong level of cross-border interest in Jendela Residences”, and the recognition provides a timely platform to showcase the wider KLGCC Resort masterplan.
The regional accolade adds to the developer’s domestic recognition, having been named Malaysia’s No. 1 property developer at The Edge Malaysia Top Property Developers Awards 2025 for the second consecutive year.
